SERVICES DESIGN and BUILD - We work with the property owner to understand their challenges and concerns. We utilize our extensive experience and expertise to develop a strategy addressing scope, schedule, and budget to maximize return on investment. We produce all designs and specifications necessary to implement the strategy. We develop all necessary construction documents and engineering, and obtain the permits and approvals required to start and complete the proposed improvements. We execute as general contractor, managing and performing all construction work. We do this to rehabilitate existing structures or to complete construction on unfinished residential and mixed-use projects of all sizes. CONSULT - We provide a variety of rehabilitative planning and feasibility services for investors, lending institutions, and other landholders. These services include preliminary strategy and planning, architectural design and specification, construction scheduling, cost estimating and general contracting. We recognize and understand that some clients have existing staffing in place to address many of the activities outlined above and we are prepared to supplement their efforts with our experience and expertise. |
